Students are fully responsible for their District-issued iPad.
 
If an iPad is damaged, destroyed, or stolen, the student’s family is responsible for paying for its replacement or repair.
 

NOTE: The protection plan does not cover the iPad keyboard case, charging cord, or brick.

If you need to file a claim due to your school-issued iPad being damaged or stolen/lost, just login to your account on the AKKO platform using the cell phone number you use when you register your plan.

Protection for your registered devices starts after a 15 day waiting period. Any damages/losses within 15 days of your plan enrollment cannot be covered by your protection.
