Login and activate your protection on the AKKO Platform. Please check your cell phone for an SMS message from AKKO with instructions and login passcode.
After logging into your AKKO account, click the "Items" tab and then click "Add item" and select Electronics > Tablet.
You'll add your iPad's info including the model and serial number. Then you're all set!
Claims are filed through your AKKO account. You can also reach out to AKKO's customer support anytime through your account if you need help with registering your iPad to your account, or filing a claim.
